Rebecca Casciano’s Sacred Beauty Salon Series is a 4-part workshop focusing on beauty - inside & out, through the pillars of the foundations of beauty, seeing beauty, speaking beauty, and finally, living beauty .
Each workshop stands on its own to deliver a poignant message but together, these 4 workshops culminate to achieve a greater lesson in love for your entire physical and mental wellbeing. Not only are the series a means of opening your heart to a group of beautiful, brilliant and like-minded women, but also to learn how to celebrate our beauty through using luxurious and eco-conscious makeup.

This past Sunday, Rebecca, and gifted healer, Vanessa Codorniu, guided us on a soul warming journey of beauty. Guiding us through exercises, Rebecca had us focus on the lenses through which we see others and ourselves and the powerful ways in which we can define beauty. Rebecca is a makeup artist, but even more-so, a leader in a much-needed Beauty Revolution! Her workshops are designed to bring out our best - the best in learning to apply makeup with precision, and the best in embracing our own beauty.
During the workshop, one particular exercise forced us to sit facing our partner and stare into their eyes for two full minutes without saying a word. While most of us expressed our nervousness in partaking in such a vulnerable exercise, in the end we all agreed how powerful it was. In those two minutes, we saw our partners for more than just their appearance; we saw her strength, her pain and her power as a woman. Ultimately, we felt that it forced us to look past the physical and connect with the inner beauty and quiescent power within ourselves and our partners.
After the exercises, we learned how to use beautiful liners, shadows and highlighters to enhance and celebrate our eyes and eyebrows. Rebecca led with a demo on how to apply the makeup and afterwards, each goddess tried it for themselves. We ended the workshop with a guided meditation with Vanessa, which encouraged us to connect with the goddess within - our intuitive self that is confident and strong. We felt rejuvenated with a calmness and confidence ready to take on anything!
